Let me introduce myself real quick.. I have 15+ years of experience in IT industry.  I started my career as Service Desk engineer supporting Cisco networking infrastructure.  Slowly I gained fondness of Cisco VoIP technologies and was lucky enough to work on most versions that Cisco has to offer, i.e., different versions of IPT, UCCX, UCCE and PCCE.  Currently I am working as a Sr Technical Solutions Architect, providing architectural inputs and building VoIP setups for a reputed organization in North America. I am an avid contributor on community forums like Cisco, Microsoft and Asterisk.  In the span of my career, I worked with AWS, Office 365 and Asterisk/FreePBX extensively and was blessed to learn from the best of industry has to offer.  I worked on integrating multiple systems across platforms, which presented unique challenges to me where documents are not fully updated for both systems.
